Job summary

Back TO Work is offering an IT apprentice role where you will work in a growing software company and gain hands-on experience under supervision. You will support clients with 1st line remote help, learn triage processes, and develop practical skills alongside experienced staff.

Reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader, you will handle incident logging via phone, email, live chat, or portal, contribute to SLA delivery, and propose improvements to technical procedures and services as you progress

Responsibilities

• Delivery of 1st line remote support to contracted and non-contracted customers.

• Ensuring all SLA obligations are met in delivery of above services.
• Recommendations of relevant improvements, new technical procedures, products or services to line management.
