STADA Reading in the United Kingdom is offering a UK IT Support Apprentice role within the Global Information Service (GIS) team. You will be immersed in IT support, network management and asset handling, gaining valuable hands-on experience and mentoring in a growing pharma group.

This apprenticeship targets GCSE/A-Level/T-Level students seeking the first step on their career ladder, with exposure to Microsoft 365, Azure and end-user support in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• GCSE/A-Level/T-Level student seeking first career step.
• Interest in IT, technology and digital innovation.
• Basic understanding of networks and cloud platforms.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for IT support across UK GIS and STADA.
• Provide technical support to end users remotely and face to face.
• Log and resolve support requests in line with service processes and SLAs.
• Maintain hardware and software records and support business continuity.
• Help roll out and support digital tools such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Support automation, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote good customer service, cybersecurity awareness and compliance with company policies.
