Job summary

STADA UK is seeking a UK GIS Support Apprentice in Reading to be the first point of contact for IT support across UK GIS and STADA, providing remote and face-to-face assistance. You will log and resolve requests, maintain records, and support business continuity.

You will help roll out and support Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Automate and Power Apps, while contributing to automation, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. The role offers hybrid working and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Interest in IT and digital innovation.
• Basic understanding of computer systems, networks and cloud platforms.
• Awareness of Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and good customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for IT support across UK GIS and STADA.
• Provide technical support to end users remotely and face to face.
• Log and resolve support requests in line with service processes and SLAs.
• Maintain hardware and software records and support business continuity.
• Help roll out and support digital tools such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Support automation, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote good customer service, cybersecurity awareness and compliance with company policies.
