Job summary

QA Limited is offering an 18-month Cloud Support Specialist apprenticeship within our Global Service Desk to support UK offices with hardware tasks, deployments, and disposals. You will gain practical workplace experience and training to become a capable IT Support Engineer, with progression based on skills and requirements.

The role runs 9am-5pm, with benefits including pension and private medical insurance.

Qualifications

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ in any subject
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship

Responsibilities

• Support UK offices with hardware-related requests and first-line IT tasks
• Assist with laptop deployments, builds and hardware disposals
• Follow documented processes and security, health & safety procedures when handling IT equipment
• Travel between local office sites when required
