Job summary

QA in Bristol is offering an IT apprenticeship with our IT Services team, based in the Bristol office. This IT apprenticeship provides a Microsoft Azure Cloud Support Specialist Level 3 qualification and paid on-the-job training.

The apprentice will join the IT Services function to support the Level 2 team, gaining practical skills across deskside support, endpoint troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 support, mobile device support, printing/Scanner, video conferencing / AV, user access issues,

Qualifications

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality technical support to colleagues.
• Assist with Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and device troubleshooting.
• Support hardware refreshes and office changes.
• Contribute to knowledge management and incident resolution.
