Job summary

QA Limited is offering an IT Apprenticeship in Abingdon, England. You will join a small IT team, learn on-the-job under a dedicated mentor, and gain experience across cloud, support, servers and networks.

The role involves installations, remote support, and network setup, with daily tasks and a strong emphasis on customer service. The programme includes real-world IT training designed to develop highly skilled apprentices, with opportunities for progression after completion.

Qualifications

• GCSEs required in any subjects with 4+
• Maths and English at grade 3+ or equivalent
• No existing higher-level qualification in similar subject

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support and assist with installations for new and existing clients.
• Build bespoke computer systems and servers, offer telephone and remote support, and perform network installations.
• Assist with internal company procedures such as backups and maintenance tasks.
• Work with IT Manager and support team to meet needs and handle day-to-day requests.
