Job Description
  • Daily rate between £160-£200 a day inside IR35
  • 5 Days on site based in the London office
  • Provide first-line IT support to internal teams and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems effectively.
  • Maintain and update IT systems to ensure smooth operational functionality.
  • Assist in the installation and configuration of new technologies and equipment.
  • Document and report technical issues and the steps taken to resolve them.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Technology department to enhance system efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security protocols.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on IT tools and systems when necessary.
