Job summary
Emplyfy is seeking an experienced IT Solutions Engineer/Technical Support Specialist to join an international high-tech MSP. You will provide responsive technical assistance, attend customer sites, and manage incidents through the Service Desk, ensuring SLAs are met.
With 5+ years in IT support, you will know Cyber Essentials, GDPR, Microsoft 365/SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive, Intune and RMM; you will configure networks, servers, and devices and communicate clearly with customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of IT support experience.
- Experience with Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 stack (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
- Experience with Azure administration and Intune.
- Strong network infrastructure knowledge and Windows Server administration.
Responsibilities
- Provide customers with responsive and professional technical assistance.
- Attend customer sites to resolve technical issues and perform installations.
- Manage incidents and service requests through the Service Desk.
- Keep customers informed and meet SLA requirements.
- Escalate high-priority issues when needed.
- Monitor customer environments and maintain documentation.
