Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an experienced IT Service Engineer to join its Managed Service Provider team. The role focuses on delivering professional technical support both remotely and at customer premises, while maintaining strong customer interaction and troubleshooting across diverse IT environments.

With a broad technical remit, you will handle incidents, planned maintenance, and Service Desk workflow, ensuring SLA adherence and high service quality.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in IT engineering or support.
• Experience implementing Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards.
• Strong Microsoft 365 experience including Email, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.
• Experience with Intune, RMM and telecom platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and be the primary contact for customers.
• Attend customer premises to resolve incidents and perform maintenance.
• Manage service requests through the Service Desk from logging to resolution.
• Communicate progress to customers within SLA requirements.
• Escalate high-priority incidents as needed.
• Plan daily activities and complete tasks on time.
• Monitor environments and maintain system performance and service.
• Install, configure, maintain and repair IT hardware and software.
• Keep service records and documentation accurate and current.
• Respond to critical incidents on-site and remotely.
