Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an experienced Technical Systems Engineer to join a high-tech IT services organisation. The role covers technical support, infrastructure maintenance and hands-on work at client sites, requiring ownership of issues through to resolution.

The successful candidate will work across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, network fundamentals, security standards and deployment tasks, with strong customer service and clear communication. Salary £30,000-£40,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in an IT role.
• Experience with Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps and cloud services (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Azure administration.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
