Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an experienced IT Solutions Engineer to join our international MSP. You will support customer environments, perform installations, and manage incidents across diverse client sites with a strong focus on security and reliability.

The role combines hands-on troubleshooting, infrastructure support, and proactive maintenance, offering varied daily challenges and constant opportunities to improve client environments. You will work closely with external partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar IT position with hands-on security and system administration.
• Proven knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, SharePoint and Teams.
• Experience with network infrastructure, routers, switches, DNS/DHCP and firewalls.
• Comfortable working at client sites and remote support with SLA adherence.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, professional technical assistance to customers.
• Attend site visits for installations and scheduled maintenance.
• Manage incidents and service requests via the Service Desk.
• Keep clients informed through the support process and SLAs.
• Escalate high-priority issues to Management when needed.
• Prioritize workload to meet business objectives.
• Monitor systems to ensure compliance with standards.
• Install, configure, test, and repair IT hardware/software.
• Document technical activity and unresolved work clearly.
• Handle urgent incidents both remotely and on client premises.
