Job summary

Emplyfy, an international high‑tech MSP, is seeking an experienced IT Solutions Engineer to help maintain and support customer environments. This role combines customer interaction, technical troubleshooting, infrastructure support and hands-on work at client locations.

You will provide responsive technical assistance, manage incidents through the Service Desk, attend customer sites for installs and maintenance, and ensure clear updates while meeting SLA requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar IT position with customer-facing duties.
• Experience implementing Cyber Essentials and GDPR security controls.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Familiarity with Azure administration and Intune/RMM tools.
• Experience configuring network infrastructure (routers, switches, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive and professional technical assistance to customers.
• Visit customer sites for installs, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Manage incidents and service requests via the Service Desk.
• Keep customers informed and ensure SLA compliance.
• Escalate high-priority issues to management as needed.
• Review workload and prioritise tasks to meet objectives.
• Monitor customer environments and ensure standards.
• Install, configure, test, maintain and repair IT hardware/software.
• Document activity and unresolved work.
• Handle urgent incidents remotely or on-site.
