Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an experienced IT Solutions Engineer to join our international MSP team. You will provide responsive technical assistance, attend client sites to resolve issues, perform installations and scheduled maintenance, and manage incidents through the Service Desk.

The role requires 5+ years in IT, strong knowledge of Cyber Essentials and GDPR, Microsoft 365 (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), Intune and RMM tools, plus networking basics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT roles.
• Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards (mandatory).
• Microsoft 365 (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) (mandatory).
• Microsoft Intune, RMM solutions and telephone platforms.
• Network infrastructure including DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VLANs and firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with responsive and professional technical assistance.
• Attend customer sites to resolve issues, perform installations and maintenance.
• Manage incidents and service requests through the Service Desk.
• Keep customers informed throughout the support process and meet SLA requirements.
• Escalate high-priority issues to Management when needed.
• Review workload and priorities to meet business objectives.
• Monitor customer environments to ensure technology meets standards.
• Install, configure, test, maintain and repair IT hardware and software.
• Document technical activity and unresolved work.
• Handle urgent incidents remotely and on client sites.
