This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week.

Interviews for this role will take place on-site, at one of our college campuses in Weston-super-Mare.

Day to Day Duties

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line IT support both remote and face to face when needed across all sites.
• Lead by example by strictly following all IT security best practices to show and support all staff.
• Service account creation and management within Active Directory.
• Updating and management of end user device assets and rollout of hardware replacements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Appropriate level 3 and above technical qualifications.
• 5 years' experience of providing excellent customer service and IT second support within a technical IT related role.
• Experience of administering Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Admin Centre.
