Job summary

A global IT services company is looking for an experienced IT Service Lifecycle Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of IT services. You will manage key processes like Service Portfolio, Release, and Change Management, ensuring they align with business needs. This role also involves stakeholder relationships and leading the Change Advisory Board. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years in IT Service Management and strong ITIL capabilities, ensuring sustainable and scalable services. A hybrid working environment is available.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years in IT Service Management.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role managing ITIL processes.
  • Proven track record in service lifecycle management and service transitions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the process to ensure services meet business needs.
  • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date service portfolio.
  • Plan, test, and deploy software and service releases.
  • Manage changes effectively and facilitate CAB meetings.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and third parties.

Skills

Expertise in IT service lifecycle and ITIL processes
Strong knowledge of Change and Release Management
Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
