Job summary

OCS is opening an apprenticeship in Scotland to start a service desk career. You will learn by doing, logging jobs, handling invoices, and supporting stakeholders across the supply chain.

Join a growing facilities management team and gain hands-on experience with Concept, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365 apps while developing essential communication and teamwork skills over a 37.5 hour week.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship opportunity in operations and support roles.
• Willingness to learn and develop hands-on skills.
• Basic PC literacy taught during apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Log jobs, raise purchase orders in Concept and become a superuser by apprenticeship end.
• Provide digital support to Accounts Payable using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations resolving supplier invoice queries.
• Be the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders; manage Teams and shared drives and access internal documents.
• Support the project team through estimating and tender processes for maintenance projects.
• Work proactively to reduce WIP and chase supplier invoices to ensure timely invoicing.
