A leading healthcare provider is seeking an IT Service Delivery Analyst for a 12-month contract based in Swindon. This role involves providing direct technical support to end-users, installing and maintaining IT equipment, and collaborating with stakeholders to address their needs. Relevant certifications and previous experience in technical support are important. An ideal candidate will also have experience in a pharmaceutical or laboratory environment.

Qualifications

Overview

CK Group are recruiting for an IT Service Delivery Analyst to join a global healthcare provider serving hospitals, clinics and homes in Swindon on a contract basis for 12 months initially.

Salary: £15.38 - £17.43 per hour PAYE

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for direct technical End User support, addressing hardware, software, and 1st level network issues
  • Installs, configures, and maintains IT equipment and software to ensure operational efficiency
  • Works closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translates them into technical specifications
  • Participates in the testing and deployment of new systems, ensuring they meet the organization’s needs
  • Provides first-level technical support to end-users facing issues with hardware, software, or network services
Background / Qualifications
  • Certifications relevant to the specific IT domain are advantageous (e.g., CompTIA; Network+)
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification is desired
  • Previous direct technical support experience
  • Work experience within a pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or laboratory environment is preferred but not required
