The IT Project Manager would be responsible for overseeing and managing various IT projects from initiation to completion. Working closely with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and suppliers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. A detailed planner, organising, and coordinating all aspects of IT projects to achieve the desired outcomes and business objectives.,

  • Lead the planning, execution, and closing of IT projects in accordance with project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against these plans throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.
  • Manage project documentation, including project charters, requirements documents, change requests, and status reports.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders on project progress, issues, and risks.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the project team.
  • Ensure that projects adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Lead post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify opportunities for improvement and best practices.
