Saab UK is seeking an IT Process Analyst to join the Fareham Introduction team. You will analyse IT and business systems processes, map workflows, and ensure governance and ISO alignment across the organization.

Role emphasizes ITIL/ITSM practices, ISO 27001/9001, and building trusted documentation. You will collaborate with IT, Cyber Security, Engineering, HR and Operations to sustain continuous improvement and compliance.

Qualifications

• Essential: Proven experience as an IT Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Essential: Strong working knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001).
• Essential: Experience supporting audits and maintaining evidence for compliance.
• Essential: Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management practices.
• Essential: Skilled in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
• Desirable: ISO Lead Auditor or Implementer qualifications.
• Desirable: Experience with defence, aerospace, or other highly regulated industries.
