Job summary

Saab UK is seeking an IT Process Analyst to join our IT and Business Systems team in Fareham. You will analyse, improve, and govern IT processes in alignment with ISO standards, ITIL practices, and governance requirements.

You will work across IT, Cyber Security, Engineering, HR and Operations, facilitating workshops, mapping processes, maintaining documentation, and supporting audits with evidence and corrective actions. A strong communicator with attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as IT Process Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001/9001/20000 standards.
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining evidence.
