Job summary

Saab UK is seeking an IT Process Analyst to analyse IT and business systems processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive improvements aligned with ISO standards. The role involves creating workflows, SOPs, and work instructions, plus facilitating workshops and KPI-driven governance.

You will support audits, maintain controlled documents, and collaborate across IT, Cyber Security, Engineering, HR, and Operations to ensure practical, compliant processes and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001).
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining evidence for compliance.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management practices.
• Skilled in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyse IT and business systems processes to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
• Develop and maintain high-quality process documentation, including workflows and SOPs.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to validate future-state processes.
• Monitor process performance using KPIs and drive improvements aligned with ISO standards.
