Job summary

Saab UK is seeking an IT Process Analyst in Fareham to analyse, improve, and govern IT processes in line with ISO standards, and to support audits by preparing evidence and documentation.

You will collaborate across IT, Cyber Security, Engineering, HR and Operations to ensure processes are practical, auditable, and aligned with Saab's governance expectations, with opportunities for professional growth within a defence‑minded environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as IT Process Analyst or similar.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 20000, 27001, 9001).
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining evidence for compliance.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management practices.
• Skilled in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).

Responsibilities

• Analyse, improve, and govern IT processes in alignment with ISO standards.
• Support change management, risk assessments, and process assurance.
• Maintain documentation with accuracy, compliance, and traceability.
• Collaborate with IT, Cyber Security, Engineering, HR, and Operations; provide training on compliance and governance.
