Job summary

Saab UK is seeking an IT Process Analyst to support IT and Business Systems by analyzing, improving, and governing IT processes in line with ISO standards. You will contribute to change management, risk assessments, and process assurance, ensuring accuracy and traceability in governance activities.

The role requires collaboration across IT, Cyber Security, Engineering, HR and Operations, with a focus on practical, compliant processes and continuous improvement aligned with Saab UK values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as IT Process Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 20000/27001/9001).
• Experience supporting audits with evidence.
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM practices.
• Skilled in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
• Excellent communication to translate complex topics across audiences.
