Job summary

Saab UK is seeking an IT Process Analyst to join our Fareham Introduction team, supporting IT and Business Systems by analyzing, improving, and governing processes in alignment with ISO standards.

You will collaborate across IT, Cyber Security, Engineering, HR and Operations, develop high-quality process documentation, and contribute to audits, change management, and governance with a strong emphasis on accuracy and traceability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001).
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining evidence for compliance.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management practices.
• Skilled in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.
