Job summary

Saab UK is seeking an IT Process Analyst to analyse, improve, and govern IT processes in alignment with ISO standards. You will support IT and Business Systems functions across the UK, contributing to governance, change management, and risk assessments.

You will collaborate with IT, Cyber Security, Engineering, HR, and Operations to ensure processes are practical, compliant, and well-documented. A background in regulated industries is desirable, with exposure to ServiceNow or Jira Service

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001).
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining evidence for compliance.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management practices.
