Job summary

Saab UK is seeking an IT Process Analyst to analyse, improve, and govern IT processes in line with ISO standards. The role supports audits and maintains governance through change management and risk assessments.

You will collaborate across IT, Cyber Security, Engineering, HR and Operations to ensure processes are practical, compliant, and embedded, while promoting continuous learning and expertise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as IT Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001).
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining evidence for compliance.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management practices.
• Skilled in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, improve, and govern IT processes in alignment with ISO standards.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation, evidence and corrective actions.
• Maintain IT governance with change management, risk assessments, and process assurance.
• Provide training and guidance on process compliance and ISO requirements.
