Job summary

Saab UK is seeking an IT Process Analyst to analyze, improve and govern IT and business systems processes in alignment with ISO standards. You will develop process documentation, including workflows and SOPs, and support audits with evidence and corrective actions.

You will collaborate across IT, cybersecurity, engineering and operations to ensure processes are practical, compliant and traceable, fostering Saab UK's culture of trust and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven IT process analyst or business analyst experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 20000, ISO 27001 and ISO 9001.
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining evidence for compliance.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management practices.
• Skilled in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.
