Job summary

Saab UK is seeking an IT Process Analyst to analyse, improve, and govern IT processes in alignment with ISO standards and governance requirements.

You will collaborate across IT, Cyber Security, Engineering, HR and Operations to ensure processes are practical, well documented, and auditable, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience with ISO 27001, 9001, and 20000, familiarity with ITIL, BPMN mapping, and platforms like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management will be valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as IT Process Analyst/Business Analyst or similar.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 20000/27001/9001).
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining evidence for compliance.
• Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM practices.
• Skilled in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
• Excellent communication, able to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.

• Support governance functions including change management, risk assessments, and process assurance.
