A leading charitable organization in the UK is seeking an IT Operations Apprentice to provide technical support within a collaborative environment. The role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service while offering a salary of up to £23,029 pro rata per annum. This apprenticeship offers up to three days per week in our London office within a dynamic and collaborative environment. The IT Operations Apprentice will work in the service desk, providing basic technical support to Foundation staff and focusing on customer service and day‑to‑day IT queries. The role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, and a willingness to learn and develop IT skills.
Salary: Up to £23,029 pro rata, per annum plus excellent benefits. Duration: 17 months.
Hours per week: 37.5 hours. Hybrid working model: minimum two days in person.
