Job summary

Back To Work in the North East of England is seeking an IT Apprentice to support the office and drive IT innovation within the department.

The successful candidate will work with IS/IT teams to manage infrastructure, promote M365 adoption, and assist with migrations to OneDrive and SharePoint, as well as on-premise to AWS/private cloud projects. Training will be provided to build practical IT expertise.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with users and IS/IT colleagues
• Assist with operational management of IT infrastructure
• Promote adoption of M365 and migrate data to OneDrive/SharePoint
• Contribute to migrations of on-premise systems to AWS and Private Cloud
• Create documentation to support end-user adoption
• Monitor incident and request queues and identify trends
