Job summary

Back To Work in the North East is seeking an IT Apprentice to support an automotive manufacturer's office. You will help drive innovation across IS/IT, build relationships with the user base and colleagues, and assist with day-to-day IT infrastructure operations.

The role focuses on enabling adoption of M365, migrating data to OneDrive and SharePoint, and participating in complex projects such as migrations to AWS and Private Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with the user base and IS/IT colleagues.
• Assist with IT infrastructure operations and monitoring.
• Promote adoption of M365 across departments and migrate data to OneDrive/SharePoint.
• Collaborate on projects including migration of on-premise systems to AWS/Private Cloud.
• Assist with project delivery and liaise with third-party providers.
• Create user documentation with the Knowledge team.
