Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and configuration of smart devices and systems.
• Support deployment of connected technologies and digital infrastructure.
• Help set up wired and wireless networks.
• Carry out basic fault-finding and troubleshooting.
• Support software and hardware upgrades.
• Learn to monitor network performance and system functionality.
• Assist with customer support and respond to technical queries.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and maintenance activities.
• Follow health and safety, data security and quality procedures.
• Work with engineers on live projects across the North East region.
