W Talent is seeking an IT Sales Executive for a Peterborough-based role with hybrid working arrangements. You will target private and public sector clients, selling managed IT services, cloud, security, and telecoms—driving revenue growth from discovery to close.

As the sole IT Sales Executive reporting to the MD, you will build a robust pipeline, articulate business value, and tailor proposals to client needs in a relaxed team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales track record.
• Ability to converse with IT directors/CEOs about value and ROI.
• Strong written and spoken communication with persuasive skills.

Responsibilities

• Find and secure new clients using cold outreach and campaigns.
