Job summary

W Talent is seeking a Business Development Manager for IT Managed Services in Peterborough. You will be the sole BDM reporting to the MD, targeting private and public sector clients and driving revenue growth.

You will pitch and close on IT, cloud, security, and telecom services, manage outbound campaigns and the full sales cycle, and collaborate with internal support teams to scope tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in B2B environments, ideally MSP/IT/telecom.
• Strong understanding of cloud, cyber security, and IT infrastructure concepts.
• Clear written and verbal communication with ability to explain technical value and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Find and secure new clients using cold outreach, networking, and targeted campaigns.
• Pitch complex managed services like cloud computing, IT support, cyber security, and unified communications.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery and proposals to contract negotiation.
• Work with internal tech and service delivery teams to scope tailored client solutions.
