World Wide Technology in London is actively seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join the Sales Operations Inside Sales team. You will interact with the WWT Account Management teams, authorised partners, end-user customers and internal support teams to drive quotes, orders and product information.

Qualifications

• B.A., Business, Finance or related field or equivalent IT experience.
• Minimum of two years sales or sales support experience in the IT industry.
• Proficient PC Skills (MS Office Suite).
• CCW CRM tool experience preferred.
• Ability to effectively utilize WWT internal systems, tools, and processes.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Accurately respond to customer requirements within stated time frames (quotes, order processing, product information, order tracking).
• Proactively build and maintain a strong working knowledge of assigned accounts.
• Proactively build and maintain a strong working knowledge of strategic OEM products and services.
• In-depth knowledge and use of WWT tools, processes, and partner-facing applications to build and validate configurations with manufacturers (Cisco, Dell EMC, HPE, F5, VMware).
• Working knowledge of Direct and Indirect sources of supply and associated quote and order processes.
