Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Representative - Inside Sales in the United Kingdom to nurture existing customer relationships and upsell products and services. You will handle orders via email and phone, provide quotes, and work with outside sales to reach goals.

Ideal candidates have 2-4 years in sales, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Up to 25% travel may be required; commissions are available in addition to base salary.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelors’ degree preferred.
• Requires knowledge and experience in sales and sales administration; 2-4 years experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and ability to perform basic computer skills.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously; team oriented; clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Obtains orders through email and telephone; verifies and enters items; transfers to fulfillment; explains stock-outs and delivery dates.
• Increases orders by suggesting related items and checking buying history.
• Owns, qualifies and develops opportunities from marketing or other accounts.
• Identifies ways to improve processes.
