• Assist the Technical Service Owner within Global IT Application support services.
• Help maintain an efficient support service aligned with SLAs and KPIs.
• Review tickets in Service Management and prioritize accordingly.
• Carry out daily operational checks (incidents, requests, problems) as trained.
