Job summary

DISConsulting IT invites applicants to an apprenticeship to jump-start their IT career. You will provide first- and second-line technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and contribute to the smooth delivery of IT solutions for clients.

You will install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software, participate in client meetings and pre-sales activities, monitor networks, analyze logs, and collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex problems.

Qualifications

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
• Relevant qualifications or work experience may be considered for potential entry

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line technical support to end-users
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and ensure timely resolutions
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software
• Participate in client meetings and pre-sales activities with technical input
• Monitor and maintain computer networks and analyze system logs
