One Call Insurance invites applications for an IT Support Apprentice level 3, delivering frontline IT help to colleagues and contributing to IT projects under LearnTech’s supervision. You will handle queries by phone and email, resolve issues where possible, and escalate when needed.

The programme runs with a fully supported training plan toward the Information Communications Technician qualification, with remote weekly classes and workplace assessments.

Qualifications

• Five GCSE 9-4 grades or equivalent (including English and maths) to apply.
• If you do not have these grades but have completed numeracy and literacy Key Skills/Functional Skills at level two you may also apply.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support to internal users, onsite, by telephone or by email.
• Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to service management principles.
• Take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
• Respond to enquiries from clients and help them resolve hardware or software problems.
• Maintain an accurate log of any software or hardware problems detected.
• Support colleagues in using computer equipment by providing guidance and advice.
• Escalate more complex service issues to the relevant IT Support member.
• Escalate non-IT issues internally where required.
• Arrange external technical support when problems cannot be resolved in house.
• Assist with IT projects across the business.
