Apogee Corporation is seeking an IT Field Technician to join our Managed Desktop Services team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops, desktops, and related hardware, splitting time between onsite visits and remote support to resolve issues quickly and keep customer systems running smoothly.

This hands-on role requires experience with hardware repair, Windows OS, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven experience repairing laptops or desktops and providing IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full, clean driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software faults onsite and remotely.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems.
• Provide clear guidance and maintain service records.
• Carry out repairs and component replacements as needed.
• Escalate complex issues when required.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
