Okwin is seeking an experienced IT Field Technician to support a multinational industrial client across several UK manufacturing sites and travel to sites like Leyland, Thurmaston, Flint, and Bridgwater. Qualifications

• Experience in IT Field Support or similar hands-on roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365 Admin Center.
• Familiarity with Azure administration is a plus.
• Must have a full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Support Windows environments, printers and mobile devices.
• Assist with Office 365 and Azure administration.
• Coordinate with remote international IT teams.
• Travel between customer sites when required.
