Job summary

Fervimax is seeking an Onsite IT Engineer to deliver on-site technical support across client sites in the UK from Doncaster or nearby. The role focuses on resolving incidents, hardware/software maintenance, and IMACD services.

You will travel between locations, provide Windows-based support for peripherals, and document interventions in ServiceNow, contributing to smooth IT operations across client environments.

Qualifications

• Previous on-site IT support / field support experience.
• Knowledge of hardware, software and Windows environments.
• Experience installing and configuring IT equipment, peripherals and mobile devices.
• Knowledge of IMACD services and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Availability to travel between client locations across the UK.
• Based in Doncaster or the surrounding area.
• Driving licence and own vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents and service requests requiring on-site intervention across different locations.
• Provide Remote Hands support and perform hardware/software maintenance, replacement, installation, and configuration.
• Provide basic support for Windows, printers, scanners, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Carry out IMACD services: Install, Move, Add, Change and Decommission equipment.
• Install and prepare equipment so it is fully ready for use, including corporate image, applications, network connectivity, and peripheral configuration.
• Record and update all interventions in ServiceNow.
