Job summary

Emplyfy, a managed service provider in the United Kingdom, is seeking an IT Engineer to join a fast-paced, high-energy team. You will be the first point of contact, attend customer sites, and manage incidents via the Service Desk Tool while maintaining SLA commitments.

The role requires hands-on support, on-site visits, and close collaboration with service providers. You will work across Office 365, Windows Server, Azure, Intune, RMM, and networking, ensuring secure configurations and reliable

Qualifications

At least 5 years' experience in a similar IT role.

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for customers.
Attend customer sites as required to troubleshoot and resolve problems or issues, and carry out scheduled maintenance.
Manage incoming incidents and requests through the Service Desk Tool.
Keep customers updated on their cases in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
Escalate high-priority matters to Management when required.
Review daily priorities and take the necessary action to achieve results.
Monitor the integrity and status of customer sites, including usage, revisions, views and reporting, while ensuring customer business requirements are maintained to the highest standard.
Install, test, maintain and repair hardware and software.
Document processes and record tickets for outstanding work.
Manage high-priority incidents both on-site and off-site.
