Job summary

Emplyfy, an established MSP, seeks an IT Engineer to join a fast-paced, high-energy team. You will be the first point of contact, visit client sites when needed, and manage incidents within Service Desk tooling.

The role requires 5+ years in a similar position, strong knowledge of Cyber Essentials and GDPR, and hands-on experience with Office 365, Intune, Azure, and Windows/macOS platforms. Competitive salary and generous holidays offered.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in a similar IT support/engineer role.
• Experience configuring and implementing Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards (mandatory).
• Proficient with Office 365 Cloud services (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) (mandatory).
• Experience with Intune, RMM, and telephone platform.
• Knowledge of Windows Server (GPs, Security Policies) and Azure administration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers.
• Attend customer sites to troubleshoot and resolve problems or perform scheduled maintenance.
• Manage incidents and requests through the Service Desk Tool.
• Keep customers updated on cases in line with SLAs.
• Escalate high-priority issues to Management when required.
• Review daily priorities and take action to achieve results.
• Monitor the integrity and status of customer sites and reporting.
• Install, test, maintain and repair hardware and software.
• Document processes and record tickets for outstanding work.
• Manage high-priority incidents both on-site and off-site.
