Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an IT Engineer to join a fast-paced international MSP. You will be the first point of contact for customers, visit sites to troubleshoot and perform maintenance, and manage incidents through the Service Desk Tool.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar IT role.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers.
• Attend customer sites to troubleshoot and perform maintenance.
• Manage incidents and requests via the Service Desk Tool.
• Keep customers updated on cases per SLAs.
• Escalate high-priority issues to management.
• Review daily priorities to achieve results.
• Monitor customer sites for integrity and reporting.
• Install, test, maintain and repair hardware and software.
• Document processes and record tickets.
• Manage high-priority incidents on-site and off-site.
