Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join its MSP team, supporting recognised clients with reliable IT services in a fast-paced environment. This role is suited to someone who wants to develop their career further.

You will act as the first point of contact for customers, attend customer sites to troubleshoot and perform maintenance, manage incidents via the Service Desk Tool, and ensure SLAs are met with proactive communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar IT support/engineer role.
• Experience configuring Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards.
• Experience with Office 365 Cloud services (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Experience with Intune, RMM and telephone platform management.
• Network infrastructure maintenance knowledge (routers, switches, DHCP/DNS).
• Ability to collaborate with service providers and follow best practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers.
• Attend customer sites as required to troubleshoot and perform maintenance.
• Manage incidents and requests through the Service Desk Tool.
• Keep customers updated on their cases within SLAs.
• Escalate high-priority matters to Management when required.
• Review daily priorities and take necessary action to achieve results.
• Monitor the integrity and status of customer sites and reporting.
• Install, test, maintain and repair hardware and software.
• Document processes and record tickets for outstanding work.
• Manage high-priority incidents both on-site and off-site.
