Job summary

Kraken Technology Group Limited is seeking an IT Apprentice to join our Segensworth team. You will gain hands-on experience delivering day-to-day technical support, maintaining IT systems, and supporting projects across the business.

You’ll work with Microsoft 365, endpoint management and user support, learning from experienced IT professionals while progressing through apprenticeship training.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in IT and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and confidence supporting users.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Previous IT-related study or coursework.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software and user access issues.
• Log, monitor and manage support requests through the service desk.
• Assist with the setup, configuration and deployment of laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including account and device management.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and inventory.
• Assist with basic Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration.
• Support IT projects, including device rollouts and upgrades.
