Job summary

Redline Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Lighting Sales Manager to drive new business and secure design wins across the South of England within the IoT-enabled lighting solutions space.

The role focuses on delivering tailored IoT lighting and smart controls solutions, visiting customer sites, and engaging with engineering, facilities and procurement stakeholders to win projects. Occasional travel and an office-based role when not visiting customers are required.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales experience in IoT/smart lighting.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Able to communicate technical solutions to engineers, facilities and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, tailoring IoT lighting and smart controls solutions.
• Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions to support design-in activities.
• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities to drive regional revenue growth.
• Secure project wins across commercial, industrial, and smart building markets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in IoT lighting.
• Travel across the South of England to visit customers; office base when not travelling.
