Job summary

Future Lighting Solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales strategies across the EMEA region. You will collaborate with Country Managers, engineers, marketing and suppliers to align growth initiatives and lead a regional team of sales, technical and marketing resources.

The role requires strong sales leadership, SSL knowledge, and excellent communication skills to build senior-level customer relationships and achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Five years of sales experience, with leadership responsibilities.
• 3–5 years of Solid-State Lighting (SSL) sales or related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and drive sales strategies in the assigned territory for EMEA.
• Develop plans with management to maximize revenue from target accounts.
• Lead and mentor FLS field resources to grow business opportunities.
