Job summary

Love Success PLC in London is seeking a temporary Invoice Query Specialist to investigate billing discrepancies and resolve invoice disputes efficiently. You will work with customers and internal teams using Salesforce and Excel to manage queries and maintain precise records.

The role includes development of AI-assisted resolution tools and requires a proactive, organized approach to improve processes and prevent recurring issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, billing, credit control or accounts receivable.
• Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem solving.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Excel and CRM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage the invoice query inbox, investigating and resolving disputes within agreed timeframes.
• Cross-reference invoices against order records, pricing agreements, delivery data and account history using Salesforce.
• Raise credit notes with clear explanations and a complete audit trail.
• Build and maintain Excel trackers, monitoring query status, age, value and outcomes, and producing regular reports for Finance and Credit Control.
• Identify recurring billing errors and work with internal teams to address root causes.
• Support Credit Control by providing timely updates and ensuring legitimate open queries are not unnecessarily escalated to collections.
• Liaise professionally with customers and internal stakeholders to obtain information and resolve queries promptly.
• Support the testing and development of AI-assisted tools to improve the accuracy and efficiency of query resolution.
